Project Manager

Mei Lee Wong is responsible for directing the marketing and sales efforts for all projects. She also manages the Hawaiian Home Lands projects which include contract negotiations, project financing and grant writing.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles, Mei Lee received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University of Los Angeles. Mei Lee has completed the following executive education programs: Urban Land Institute's The Practice of Environmentally Sensitive Development 2000; University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration Financial Management 2002; Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management Communications Strategy 2003; Harvard Design School's Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Urban Housing - Mixed Use Development 2004 and Harvard Design School's Affordable Housing 2005.

Prior to joining Dowling Company in 1997, she was an assistant field Cost Engineer for Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company on Maui. Mei Lee serves as a member of the Maui/Lanai Island Burial Council and Urban Land Institute's Affordable Housing Council. She is also on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Maui.
