Pu‘uhona Homestead

Pu‘uhona Homestead, formerly known as Pu‘unani, is our newest residential subdivision for Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) beneficiaries on a 47.4-acre portion of land owned by DHHL in Waikapū, Maui.

The project will feature a maximum 161 single-family lots (137 turn-key homes and 24 vacant lots) as well as infrastructure work (grading, utilities, roadways, etc.). Dowling Company is serving as the developer of the homes.
