Villages of Leiali‘i 1B

The Villages of Leialiʻi 1-B Homestead is a planned residential development in Lahaina comprised of approximately 181 single-family turn-key homes for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) beneficiaries.  

Spanning approximately 51 acres, it is situated mauka of the Lahaina Civic Center and north of the existing Villages of Leialiʻi 1-A homestead community.  Onsite and offsite infrastructure design are underway and an environmental assessment has been completed.  DHHL is providing approximately $96 million in funding for the design and construction of the project infrastructure.
