Everett Dowling

Everett is the Founder and President of Dowling Company. Everett has been developing projects on Maui for more than 30 years and oversees all company operations.

Jack Dowling

Jack is responsible for the firm’s acquisitions of land and income producing projects. Prior to joining Dowling Company, he worked for Koch Real Estate Investments and Crow Holdings Capital.

Krystle Beauchamp

Krystle is responsible for managing the construction of projects from permitting to completion. She was born and raised on Maui and earned a Doctorate Degree in Architecture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa's School of Architecture.

Kelii Gomez

Kelii assists with the accounting functions for all projects. Kelii received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has been a member of our team since 2004.

Brian Ige

Brian is responsible for all construction management at Dowling Company. He brings over 44 years of project engineering and construction management experience to the team.

Project Engineer

Suzette Navarro

Suzette assists the project management team. Prior to joining Dowling Company in 2024 Suzette served as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator and Project Engineer with several firms in the Hawaii construction industry.

Senior Project Manager

Darren Okimoto

Darren is responsible for managing projects from due diligence through planning, design, and construction. He has spent over 14 years in engineering design, land surveying, and construction engineering.

Millie is the firm’s principal liaison with DHHL’s Maui beneficiaries.

Office Manager & Project Assistant

Marilyn Stupplebeen

Marilyn provides administrative support for every project and coordinates all office operations. Prior to joining Dowling Company in 1997, she was a sales and construction assistant with the real estate development firm Schuler Homes.

Project Manager

Fujio Tsuneoka

Fujio is responsible for overseeing the design and  construction management of projects. Prior to joining Dowling Company, Fujio worked as a Project Engineer for Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company and as an architectural designer for Lou Chan and Associates.

Controller

Keli Wada

Keli is responsible for the accounting functions for all projects. She has spent 15 years with Dowling Company and prior to that worked for KPMG in Honolulu.
