Jack Dowling

Acquisitions Director

Jack is responsible for the firm’s acquisitions of land and income producing projects.

Jack was born and raised on Maui. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jack completed the Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows Program in 2024.

Prior to joining Dowling Company in 2022, Jack was an Associate Director at Koch Real Estate Investments (2017–2021) and prior to that, he was an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Crow Holdings Capital (2013–2017).
