Suzette Navarro

Project Engineer

Suzette assists the project management team. She was born in Honolulu and raised on Maui.

Prior to joining Dowling Company in 2024 Suzette served as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator and Project Engineer. She previously worked with several firms in the Hawaii construction industry including Nordic PCL, Swinerton Builders, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, and Rider Levett Bucknall.

Suzette has successfully helped manage a diverse array of projects, including hospitality, retail, medical office buildings, multiple State of Hawaii Department of Transportation – Airports Division projects as well as various Federal projects, ensuring that each one was completed on time and within budget.

She holds several OSHA 30 Certifications, is a certified Notary Public, and is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Hawaii Chapter 114. She lived in Lahaina prior to the 2023 Wildfire, and her husband is a DHHL beneficiary.
